This policy explains what information ChronoReels uses to provide accounts, AI generation, billing, storage, and support.

Who Operates ChronoReels

ChronoReels is operated by an independent developer.

Account data, such as email address, authentication identifiers, display name, profile metadata, and login provider.
Workspace data, such as Series settings, historical topics, script drafts, storyboards, fact notes, captions, posting copy, and generation status.
Generated media, such as image assets, voiceover files, subtitle files, thumbnails, and rendered MP4 videos.
Billing data, such as plan, subscription status, checkout session records, credit transactions, provider customer identifiers, and provider subscription identifiers.
Security and operational data, such as Turnstile verification results, request metadata, webhook events, error messages, job status, and service logs.

To create and secure user accounts.
To generate topics, scripts, storyboards, visual assets, voiceovers, captions, posting copy, and downloadable videos.
To track credits, subscriptions, checkout state, failed jobs, refunds of reserved credits, and account access.
To prevent abuse, enforce content guardrails, debug failures, improve reliability, and protect the service.
To respond to support, privacy, account deletion, and billing requests.

Supabase: Authentication, user profiles, workspace data, generation records, billing records, and database storage.
Google OAuth: Optional Google sign-in when users choose that login method.
Cloudflare Turnstile: Human verification on sign-in and sign-up forms.
Cloudflare R2: Private storage for generated images, audio, subtitles, thumbnails, and MP4 video files.
Creem: Checkout, subscription status, plan upgrades, and payment webhook processing.
DeepSeek: AI text generation for topic angles, scripts, storyboards, fact notes, and posting copy.
APIMart: AI image generation and text-to-speech voiceover generation.
Trigger.dev: Background generation jobs and long-running media workflow orchestration.
Hosting provider: Application hosting, network delivery, logs, and operational security. Provider details are pending confirmation.

User prompts, Series settings, generated drafts, and approved text may be sent to AI providers to produce scripts, storyboards, images, and voiceovers.
Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party copyrighted material unless you have the right to use it.
Generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, and platform compliance before publishing.

Workspace records are stored while the account remains active or until deleted through available product controls or a support request.
Generated files may be stored in private object storage and delivered through signed download URLs.
Deleted video records are removed from the active workspace view. Some operational records may remain temporarily for security, billing, audit, or backup purposes.
Specific retention windows are [pending confirmation] and should not be treated as a fixed deletion guarantee.

Users may request account deletion, workspace data deletion, or a copy of account data by contacting the support email listed above.
Users can sign out from the Settings page and can delete individual videos or Series where the product provides those controls.
Billing and subscription changes may require verification through the payment provider and support workflow.

ChronoReels is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to enter into online service terms in your location.

This policy may be updated as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
