ChronoReels is operated by an independent developer. ChronoReels helps users create faceless history shorts with AI-assisted topic generation, scripts, storyboards, visual prompts, images, voiceovers, captions, posting copy, and downloadable videos.

Accounts

• Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that happens in their workspace.
• Users must provide accurate account and billing information when using paid features.
• ChronoReels may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, payment issues, security risk, or violations of these terms.

AI Output and User Responsibility

• AI-generated topics, scripts, fact notes, captions, images, voiceovers, and posting copy may contain errors, omissions, or disputed historical interpretations.
• Users must review and verify facts, rights, sources, platform rules, and audience suitability before publishing or monetizing any output.
• ChronoReels does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, monetizable, or accepted by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or any other platform.
• Fact risk notes and safety filters are assistance tools, not a guarantee of legal, historical, or platform compliance.

Prohibited Content

• Pornographic, erotic, nude, fetish, or sexually explicit content.
• Sexual content involving minors under any framing.
• Graphic gore, torture close-ups, corpse close-ups, or extreme violence.
• Hate, extremist praise, violent propaganda, or dehumanizing content.
• Defamatory claims about real people or unsupported accusations presented as fact.
• Infringing use of third-party logos, trademarks, copyrighted material, or official endorsement claims.
• Misleading historical certainty where sources are disputed, legendary, or uncertain.

Intellectual Property and Brand Use

• Users must not upload or prompt for content they do not have the right to use.
• Users must not claim that ChronoReels output is official, approved, partnered, certified, sponsored, or endorsed by another brand, person, platform, institution, or rights holder unless that is true and authorized.
• Users should avoid third-party logos, watermarks, copyrighted characters, branded templates, or recognizable protected assets unless they have permission.
• ChronoReels branding, product design, code, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Usage

• Free and paid plans include credits or allowances that may be used for generation and rendering tasks.
• Credits may be reserved when a generation or render starts and committed when the task succeeds.
• Reserved credits may be refunded automatically when eligible generation tasks fail before completion.
• Plan limits, credit costs, and included allowances may change as the product evolves.

Availability and Data Loss

• The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, configuration errors, or high load.
• Long-running AI and media jobs can fail or time out. Users should review saved outputs and regenerate when needed.
• Users are responsible for keeping copies of important exported videos, scripts, and posting materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChronoReels is provided as-is and without warranties. ChronoReels is not responsible for lost revenue, lost platform accounts, publishing decisions, factual mistakes, rights disputes, payment provider issues, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
